Juan and I started dreaming about Pistackio on the days post our first wedding in 2020.

Fast forward through a few years of sweet concoctions, and voila – we’re thrilled to spill the beans on our big dream: serving up gelato the old-fashioned way, with New Zealand’s organic dairy goodness thrown in for extra awesomeness.

We are so excited to share with you our amazing gelato, a love letter to flavor and quality.

With a culinary journey spanning four continents and a combined 30 years of savoring life’s delectable moments, our passion for creating culinary magic is more than just a profession – it’s an obsession.
